Yes. If Sym-B® malfunctions, under normal operating conditions, for any reason we will replace it with a new one. The only thing we ask is you pay the shipping. How’s that for a Lifetime of fun!

No but it is water resistant. So if you happen to drop it in the tub or splash water on as long as you dry it off right away it should be absolutely fine. If Sym-B® is connected to a Head then it is 100% water proof and you can play with it in all wet environments.

Yes, of course, as long as you bought it from one of our authorized resellers and you can tell us who it was.

We will happily allow you to return any item that is not opened or used within 14 days that was purchased from www.xctime.com. You are required to contact Customer Service in order to get an RMA number in order to expedite the refund. You will be solely responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is defective. Upon receipt of the item our customer service staff will inspect the item and then issue you a refund within 72 hours. Please note that it may take your Credit Card company or Bank extra time to credit your account after we have issued a refund. Please contact our Customer Service at care@xcitme.com.

In most cases internet orders are processed and shipped within 2 days of receiving order. All weekend orders will be processing the following Monday. You can determine your actual delivery time with the destination zip code during the checkout process. In the US depending on type of shipping you choose delivery takes from 3-7 business days. All other countries will reflect shipping times during the check process.

XCITME uses the leading courier services and will only deliver to street addresses and not PO/APO/FPO addresses. Also, we are unable to ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. If there is a problem will deliver, we will contact you via email or phone.
